DELAYED: 2021 Annual Unemployment Insurance Tax Rate Notices
The Georgia Department of Labor just announced the unprecedented delay of its 2021 Annual Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax Rate Notices. The GDOL anticipates that the notices will be available on its Georgia Department of Labor Employer Portal in February 2021.
Additionally, Employer Quarterly Tax and Wage reports will not be accepted for 1st quarter 2021 until the new tax rates are released. Notices will not be mailed; e-mails will be sent to email addresses on record once the tax rate notices are published.
